Al, I thought that would be a sequence in the OEIS, but it
doesn't seem to be! There are two or three versions - could you submit them?
Then, when you find the answer to your question,
we can add the reference - and then the
next person who wonders about this will be able
to find the answer!

if we ask for smallest Fib which is the start of at least
n consecutive composite Fibonacci nums, we get 8,21,21,2584,2584,...
(subject to checking)

if we ask for smallest Fib which is the start of exactly
n consecutive composite Fibonacci nums, we get 8,?,21,?,...

we could also look at the records in the first example,
which would give 8,21,2584,...
