[seqfan] Galley Ship large recurrences with small coefficients

The rows of https://oeis.org/A225345 , the problem of positioning oarsmen in a
galley ship so that there's no intra-stroke torque on the ship, have recurrences
with small coefficients, suggesting perhaps a hidden simplicity.

(Intra-stroke torque: a stroke starts pushing water outwards, and ends pushing
it inwards. You can position oarsmen to cancel torque from this to zero. This
is aside from having equal oarsmen on each side.)

The remaining rows are https://oeis.org/A225346 consecutively to
https://oeis.org/A225352
