Thanks.
I have understood what you mean.
It is the same as the case of four in English.
Both four with a hole and four with no hole are possible.
In the same way both four with three holes and four with a hole are possible
in Japanese.
So we should assume that Kanji of four has three holes.
The font of four which I use is "四", see it carefully it seems to have three
holes.
We will probably assume that it has three holes.
I am going to submit two more Kanji related sequences.
They are the following
Number of holes of Kanji of 10000^n
0,0,3,0,1,0,0,2,5,5,0,4,1,3,9,8,6,15
Finite
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_numerals
Number of holes of Kanji of 10^(7*2^n)
6,9,8,9,8,10,7,7,....
Finite
http://www.geocities.jp/f9305710/kazu.html
Last one is 10^(7*2^122) whose name is 不可説不可説転"Fukasetsufukaetsuten"
It is easy to understand that a(n)=a(n-1)^2
Indeed in "kegonkyo" which is one of the text of Buddism, this definition is
described
