Shouldn't this just be twice the minimum sequence of integers with this property, ignoring parity?

Subject: [seqfan] Even numbers split into two sequences
Hello SeqFans,
C is only made of single even numbers
D too -- but none is
present in C
D(n) is the absolute first difference |C(n) - C(n+1)|
Always
extend C with the smallest unused even number so far
not leading to a
contradiction:
C = 2, 6, 14, 24, 40, 12, 30, 50, 72, 26, 58, 92, 36, 74, ...
D
= 4 8 10 16 28 18 20 22 46 32 34 56
38
Best,
É.
