Dear users of the OEIS

With help from friends, especially Russ Cox, I've moved the Index
to the wiki. The URL is http://oeis.org/wiki/Index_to_OEIS.
(Dave Applegate, Daniel Forgues and Charles Greathouse were also helpful.)

There is a link to the new Index from the bottom of every OEIS page
and from the main wiki page.

There is also a new page (linked from the Index page)
giving instructions for updating the Index.

Since there are only a few thousand A-numbers mentioned in the Index,
compared with 191334 entries in the OEIS, there is plenty of work
to be done. Of course not every sequence is worth mentioning in the Index.

Comments on the new Index will be welcomed.

Neil
