Automatic Active Links in %Y fields

To Sequence Fans:

Eric Weisstein asked me why the %Y lines in the table
don't have active links.  The answer is that this would be
very tricky to program, so I have been putting off doing
it for years.  Well, tonight I did it (I hope).
Please let me know if it works.  Any line that mentions another sequence
for example
%Y A012345 Cf. A000111
should now have "active" links.
Let me know if i messed it up!
