Stechkin numbers

Dear Seqfans,
there's a sequence of Boris Stechkin defined
on page 36 section A17 of Guy's Unsolved Problems
in Number Theory.  Could someone work it out
and (if it isn't in the database) send it in?
there is an explicit formula for it
