In other words: Number of Integer Triangles whose the perimeter is n.

I think that the term "nondegenerate" can be omitted. since
when we say "Triangle" we always mean an nondegenerate triangle,
that is, a triangle with sidelengths a,b,c satisfying the
Triangle Inequality |b-c| < a < b + c.
