The prime-composite table, sequences and patterns

Hello. This is my first post to the list...

Just to mention some sequences added to the OEIS today which I submitted
in connection with the prime-composite array, in which B(m,n) is the
highest power of the nth prime which divides the mth composite.

A063173 is the table itself, read by antidiagonals.
A063174, A063175, and A063176 are sequences relating to diagonals of
various kinds that contain only zeroes.

I am not a professional mathematician and would be very grateful for
references to any relevant previous discussion of the array, and help in
extending the sequences which are conjectured to be infinite.
