netscape 6 and Submitting New Seq

I just discovered that if you use the

"Submit New Sequence or Comment" web page

with Netscape 6, the results look awful - the bottom
of the pages get misaligned.


I'm guessing this is because Netscape 6 handles a long "Form"
differently from Netscape 4.7

Netscape 4.7 and Internet Explorer work fine.  The trouble
is just with Netscape 6


Does any seq fan know about these things?

What are the differences between Netscape 6 and 4.7 when handling "forms"?
