warning, possible trouble with Submit page

there may be a problem with the "Submit New Sequence or Comment"
web page.  Not my fault, I haven't touched anything there
for several days, but maybe one of the systems people here
has changed the operating system again.

Proceed with caution, if you don't get the automatic
acknowledgement then it probably is broken.

It looks OK from here but there may be a problem from
the outside


if anyone is logged on right now please run a test submission
