'nice' and 'nonn'/'sign'

First, are there objective criteria for which sequences are considered to
be 'nice'?

I have posted more than a few sequences to the EIS which I would honestly
consider to be nice. Though I never have classified any of them as nice,
mostly out of modesty...

Second, if a sequence contains negative terms, but only in terms which
are not included in the EIS because their positions within the sequence
are all greater than the number of terms included, then should the
sequence be classified as 'nonn' or 'sign'?
Personally, I hope the former, given that I honestly don't even know if
some of the sequences I have posted have negative terms eventually (since
I cannot calculate an infinite number of terms on MY computer...).

Thanks,
