Translations of OEIS

Dear Math-Fun and Seq-Fans,

With help from friends I have been translating the
top lookup page for the OEIS
 (http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/index.html )
into various languages.

So far I have:
Chinese (traditional), Chinese (simplified), Czech, Dutch,
Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian,
Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Spanish,
Swedish and Turkish;
and Korean and Japanese are in preparation.

See for example
http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/indexitalian.html

This is just an "interface" to the database,
the replies are still in English, but the headers and error messages
have been translated.

The idea is to make it easier for people not so
familiar with English to use the database.

If you know someone who could help with other languages
(especially Arabic, Farsi, Greek, Urdu; also
other Indian languages) please let me know.

There are about 30 sentences to be translated so it's
only an hour's work if you have the right keyboard.

The web page

http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/translate.html

gives the sentences that need to be translated, and a list
of the people who have helped so far.

It seems the best way to do this is not to use the web page
directly, but to copy the sentences into Word and to add
the translation below each sentence. Then send me the doc file,
and I will convert it to html.

For viewing the different languages the new (free) Netscape 7
seems to be the best.

Thanks
