FAQ / offsets / children

Several items have been added to the FAQ file (FAQ.html),
including a discussion of the offset for the sequence
obtained from the decimal expansion of a constant.
E.g. Pi -> 3 1 4 1 5 9 ... has offset 1.
1/sqrt(2) = .707106... -> 7 0 7 1 0 6 ... with offset 0.
Many people get this wrong.

We had a "Take our children to work" day last week.  I did
a demo of the OEIS and made a handout with some puzzles
