Dear fans,

following the reference I found that interesting sequence
and wondered about the following:

R. Balieu [ MR 9, 267; see also MR 51#5655 ] showed ...

What does that reference mean, please? How to interpret it
and get the according information?
Is there sort of a "global reference pool" for the OEIS?
( MR = "More References" :-)

Special remark to Christian: I'm sure you had a lot of fun
when you worked in that area. Do you have some news for the
sequence to be released soon? or did you completely stop 
working on it? Thanks for the hint.
