Coding theory A(n,4) = A005864

In a sequence such as

can I infer that any values that are given are exactly correct - in the 
sense that A(n,4) is proved to be EQUAL to the given number.


Or am I to assume that the numbers given are the best currently known
values, and that for the later members of the sequence, it may be the
case that improvements can still be found?
