URL for a sequence

The webmaster has promised to make an alias (or rewrite rule)
so the URL can be much shorter.  That should appear next week.

For the moment I removed the URL.  But the ID line now has a 
link that gives the URL for the sequence.

Thanks to the many people who responded!

(These things are all done "on the fly" by the cgi script,
the database format has not changed)
