Short list with dubious links

Hi, I've created a short list with 287 dubious EIS links, see
<URL:http://purl.net/xyzzy/eis/bad_link.htm>.  Simple problems
like HTTP 301 (moved) or 302 (temporary redirection) should
not be listed, but that's still the first test of a complete
EIS link checker, please don't expect too much.  The last list
with broken links (3 years ago) was cleaned before I knew EIS,
therefore I invented a new list format.
