...don't forget the 3 between 4 and 6.  You could copy the
internal formats of <URL:http://purl.net/net/eisa/60734> and
A060736.  I had added A060734 and A060736, when I had the same
questions as you... ;-)  But your example is much better.

Essentially you'd go to the dispenser and ask it for 3 numbers:
<URL:http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/issue.html>

Then you format your a(n) like A060734 and c(n) like A060736
or vice versa, with references to each other and b(n).  Plus
references to the most relevant sequences related to your
sequences (looking for "Eratosthenes").

Finally send it to Neil with a subject like "NEW pre-numbered
A0xxx1, A0xxx2, A0xxx3", where xxx1 is the first number you got
from the dispenser.
