Following sequence A088310 let :

a(n) = number of nxn (0,1) matrices A such that the 2n vectors
consisting of the rows and the columns of the matrix A are all distinct .

Vladeta Jovovic computed the first 5 terms of a(n) : 0,0,24,6840,6568800 .

Let me ask for a formula for a(n) .
