2-dimensional version of Fibonacci numbers

It is often uncertain whether a triangle or array
begins with n=0 or n=1.  in such cases
it is best to submit both versions as sequences

(i don't think superseeker will do a good job catching this)

if the array is asymmetric there's a further ambiguity,
so we end up with 4 versions, which is fine.


it is a good idea to choose one as the main entry,
and have the other versions say something like:

For further information see A******, which
is the main entry for this array.
