For clarity:

> The sequence {M(n_1,...,n_r,m)}_{m=0}^{\infty} is a non-decreasing
> sequence, provided that n_1+...+n_r > 0.
Here n_1,...,n_r are arbitrary non-negative, but fixed, integers.
Only m ranges over the indicated range and n, of course,
now is n_1+...+n_r+m.
 We have, for example, {M(0,m)}_{m=1}^{\infty}={1,0,0,0,....}. This
is why n_1+...+n_r=0 has to be excluded.
