Help wanted - sequences in free book; away for 8 days

1. Minh Perez wrote to say that there are a lot of
sequences in the following:

Here it is a recent book by Henry Ibstedt (December
2003) with many sequences, "Mainly Natural Numbers
..."
that you can download for free:

Would anyone  be willing to
go though it and harvest any interesting sequences?

Or add cross-references to it from existing sequences,
when these seem appropriate?
