The complete database in 1 file?

If you mean "all the files Neil offers from his website, named 
eisBTfry000XXX.txt" concatenated, then, under Windows, one way
would be to have a cygwin environment and use 'cat eisBT* >onefile'.
It might even work with an older Wind... using MessDOS 'copy eisBT*.* >...'.
But I'm not sure why you would be able to use that concatenated 
file, while you can't use the 96+ smaller ones!
