The results in my last e-mail can be simplify somewhat:

For irregular prime p, I think that p first appears as a quotient in
A090496 for

n = p*k - (p-1)/2,

where k is least integer such that k > 0 and p | numerator(B(2k)).  This
yields different values of k, but the same values of n.
