Partial-Sum -> Some Primes

A second picture for no other reason than that I think it's pretty. The 
values are for index 59000 to 60000. The background is BlanchedAlmond, 
if you know your Mathematica colors. I did a PlotJoined->True in 
DarkKhaki and a second graphic with just the points, in MediumBlue, 
then combined them as layers in Photoshop:
