Yes it seems so. Although it's the same ISP company, they seem to
swallow messages to pfoertner.org wheras those to abouthugo.de arrive.
Strange thing, but at least Neil's server is ok. So: All-clear for the
OEIS. I have to apologize for my rash complaint.
