sam, You are right, there is a problem with that sequence.
i think the definition should be:

%N A059856 Write down decimal expansion of Euler-Mascheroni constant; divide up into minimal chunks so that chunks have increasing length and do not begin with zero.

and then that sequence will be ready for you (or someone else)
to extend.

I will add your version , 5,7,72,156,664,..., as a new sequence, A098967
