Somewhat to my surprise, I not only found the g.f. but even a match when
looking up one of the sequences from the same batch (further down the
page "UnknownTrib.html"):   2kbaseforcycrokseq:   0, 2, -3, 5, -12, 24,
-43, 79

If the link to A027052 is followed one discovers the comment:
Many columns of T (in triangular form) are A001590, a tribonacci
sequence.
