This is clear enough for this sequence...
...do we need to adopt a standard for the OEIS?

What notation, if any, is "standard" for multisets aka "bags"?

The most common choice seems to be to overload exponentiation, so

   {n, 2, 1x(n-2)}

would be written

   n^1 2^1 1^(n-2).

The asymmetry of the left and right operands of ^ is already established
and familiar, as is equivalence under reordering of the "factors".

(This obviously neatly associates each n-part partition with a kind of
"Goedelization". What this has to do with the definition of the original
sequence I'm not sure...)

Anyway, a Google image search looking for bag notation examples produced
several amusing pictures, including

"Enjoy"!
