another duplicate: A064435 and A020488

Dear seqfans,

A064435 and A020488

seem to be the same.

Numbers n such that tau[n]=sigma[k-1,n]=Phi[n]^k=Phi[n]; k=1
and
Numbers n such that sigma_0(n) = phi(n).

with both sequences:  1,3,8,10,18,24,30


while the first states:
"Believed to be finite and full"

the latter has flags
"nonn,fini,full"


i "believe" the flags, but still i'd like to know the reason.
any hint ?
