Self-Belgian English Number-Words

I wrote a small Java program to search for
small values of English Self-Belgian Number-Words,
and the smallest (and only) value I found was 45.
(darn, off by three!)

Of course, you have to ignore the dash in the word,
and once you get past 100, you will have ambiguous
names ("one hundred" vs. "a hundred" and so on),
so it starts to lose some of the fun from that point on.
