Counting numbers in the digits of pi

This is probably something that has already been done with the digits
of pi (and probably has an OEIS sequence associated to it), but I
thought I'd bring it up.

Bob's Poetry Magazine for the month of February (he hasn't put up
March yet) has no poetry. Instead, Bob Happelberg takes about a dozen
pages' worth of digits of pi, then, starting after the decimal point,
finds 1 and bolds it. Moving to the right, he finds 2 and bolds it.
Moving to the right of that, he finds 3, and so on and so forth, he
goes up to 101. This is at <http://www.bobspoetry.com/Bobs02Fe.pdf>.

After 101, there are still two more pages to go but no instance of 102
can be found. I had the computer search for instances of 102 within
lines, nothing. Then I looked at the last two digits of each line,
looking for either 1s at the very end with a 0 at the beginning of the
next line, or lines with 10 as the last two digits. Unfortunately, it
turns out that Bob screwed up long before that. On page 4 of the PDF
file, you can see that between the bolded 19 and the bolded 20 there
are two lines ending in 2, and the second such line ending in 2 is
followed by a line beginning with 0. This throws off everything
afterwards.

Done correctly, this would yield a sequence that is similar in concept
to, but not exactly the same in content as, A014777.
