A076864 - is this multigraphs?

I have had confirmation that this IS the number of connected 
multigraphs on n edges, so wanted to submit a comment to that effect..

But there seems to be no facility to *add* a comment to an existing 
sequence - I just keep getting an entire page to fill out as though I 
am submitting an entirely new sequence. Obviously I am not going to 
copy the entire existing entry back into the form just to add one 
sentence of comment - even if I could do it without making mistakes!

Am I somehow missing the "add comment" form?
