Heegner Numbers, et al

1.  Shouldn't the Heegner numbers (A003173) be negative?  Shouldn't there
be a %V line with the negative values?

2.  Doesn't 1 belong among the Euler Lucky numbers (A014556)?

3.  No mention is made in the OEIS of the relationship between the Heegner
and Euler Lucky Numbers.

4.  A060392(n) = p(n) for some of the Euler Lucky numbers p(n).  Is this a
coincidence?
