I'm not sure whether the appellation "Lucky number" came directly from 
Euler, but I have never seen another name for these numbers.

Euler Lucky numbers derive their interest mainly because of their historical 
connection the Euler and mathematical connection to Heegner numbers.  I 
imagine that most of the pertinent theory revolves with Heegner numbers, and 
if Euler lucky numbers show up, they appear in the guise (1-h)/4 where h is 
a Heegner number.  I imagine, Euler lucky numbers are probably not important 
enough in and of themselves to merit a better name than what they have.
