Submission of multiple sequence comments

Neil:

Could you possibly consider modifying the sequence submission page to allow 
for more than one comment per submission (I suggest five)?  Neither you nor 
submitters want to make multiple submissions, so submitters tend to shoehorn 
multiple comments into the single comment field provided.  This does nothing 
for the clarity of the database.
