Duplicative messages

Dear Seqfans,
I keep receiving 
duplicative messages
from the list folk.

The point is 
people sometimes send
to: list and cc/bcc: person (me, e.g.,);
may be it's OK in general,
but in my case each message 
reaches me twice 
to the same address: 
zakseidov(AT)yahoo.com.
