Yes, these are multiplicative. And looking at their entries they 
already seem to have been corrected (they have the mult keyword and the 
function a(p^e)).

Christian Bower has made quite a bit of progress on many of these but 
there are still a number of them that need looking at. Look for question 
marks where there is still info missing.
