    I rewrite the condition as follows.

    Pair (i,j) must satisfy 0<i, 0<j, and if i=1 then j=1.
    The second condition is equivalence as that if (i,j) is not (1,1) then i 
is not 1.

    So, (1,6) doesn't exist.
