EKG Sequence

This sequence, A064413, has the conjecture "for n > 4, a(n)/n < 0.6 iff 
n is prime".  I beilieve that this should be "for n > 4, a(n)/n < 0.6 
iff a(n) is prime".

Can someone confirm that this is the intended conjecture?
