Why 0 for 1/2 and 1/5? It doesn'mean anything. On the other
hand, since 1/5=0,200000000000... or 1/5=0,199999999999999999...
I think that the period is 1. Moreover if we think to the
following algorithm for computing the expansion,
multiply by 10, take the integer part, and go further with the
fractional part, we get again: 0,2,0,0,0,0,0,0,...
Again, 1.
