Hello Artur,

It is available but not to be used especially if going over a few Kbs.
In general, when you don't know, ask *privately* the list owner, Neil, 
or a senior member of the list, and wait for the answer before acting.

There are now plenty of free services to host your images online,
so that you can give an url in your posts.

A few basic rules to keep the traffic low and the comfort high:

  - no more than three messages by the same person by day
  - no more than one message by the same person by hour
  - no mail more than 15 kb. Ideal size is under < 5kb
    and without HTML and long listings
  - edit out the most possible when replying. Rephrase if necessary
    (good exercice)
  - all attachments in the form of external links or offer
    of private and seperate mails
  - avoid permanent signatures and ISP advertisements. If your
    ISP or webmail service is stubborn, change it.

  - avoid "me too" s, ad hominem attacks or inuendos, sarcasm,
    non-mathematical and non-scientific subjects (especially political
    and international ones)

  - change the title if you are changing the subject

  - don't mix different discussion topics in the same post

  - check if your email is intended to editors (send it to one
    in the list), neil or seqfan members in the large

The most important in my opinion:

  - no hurry when writing. Re-read, ponder, edit, re-edit, wait,
    check and even sleep on it. You will be glad you did. And you
    should be glad if someone had the same idea as you and posted
    sooner.


These rules are YOURS to enforce, because this is a cooperative
mailing list (and not a moderated newsgroup).  I can only play
the referee a posteriori, and this is not my cup of tea.
