Array of repeated conversions from decimal to base k

This sequence most certainly is "base", even by a very restrictive 
definition.  It is explicitly a base 10 sequence - in any other base, 
it would be different - both the numbers and the numerals would be 
different.

This is not itself "base" as it explicitly deals with conversions 
nonarbitrarily. It may be "dumb." But it does, as I say, unify at least 
9 existing sequences.
