OEIS Last Modified Date-Time Stamp

     It appears that the date-time stamp on the OEIS search page: 
"Last modified February 13 22:44 EST 2006. Contains 115173 sequences. " 
is no longer when the OEIS was actually last updated. 

It seems now to be merely the current time on the server.  

Will it remain this way?
