Re A084057-A110940, and a bunch of duplicates.

Lambert Herrgesell observed that a number of recent sequences
sent in by Cino Hilliard were duplicates.

This was confirmed by Lambert Klasen.

In fact there were even more duplicates than were mentioned.

I have now merged the duplicates and deleted the newer versions.
