Better we simply adopt a convention to encode partitions via their indices 
in some canonical enumeration, say A&S's.

There could even be a "part" keyword for such sequences.

Note that the recent thread on A114717 contained a reference to A025487, 
the minimal sequence whose signatures give the A&S ordering.  Thus 
factoring alone would allow a user to recover the partitions without having 
to refer to a source outside the OEIS.

I believe other benefits would accrue.
