Note that the code given for the sequence is in Maple and uses the Maple
procedure "coeffs" which gives the nonzero coefficients of a polynomial.
If you allow 0 coefficients, then Cy(1) = x-1 = 0*x^2+x-1 would
also have 0 as a coefficient.
