OEIS down and Josephus announcement

I get the following Error-message:

CGIWrap Error: Execution of this script not permitted
Execution of (sequences) is not permitted for the following reason:
Script is not a regular file

Something wrong again with the OEIS provider?
Experimental crash?
My fault?

BTW there are some new sequences by Jan Fricke regarding
the Josephus problem. He will soon enter that keyword as I
have asked him to do. One of these sequences funnily seems
to consist of

       the powers of two,
       the primes,
       the doubled primes.

This is an "intelligent guess" from Gerhard Woeginger, made in
de.rec.denksport and Jan Fricke and Bertram Felgenhauer
have checked that it may be more than that. It is quite difficult
to get sequence values for n larger than 30.

Jan Fricke considers Josephus circles with n children and the
line of children leaving the circle. If c children are leaving first
with a certain count d, will there be such a count d for each
position of these c children such that they will always leave
first?

Best regards,
