Another use for b files

One more place it might be useful to use extended files - when the next 
term of the sequence is too big for the standard format.  A search for 
'"next term has" digit' got 42 matches, most of which could be extended 
in this way.  (When the number of digits gets too large, such as 
A088073, even this is impractical.)
